The technician that explained the “issues” was very condescending. Seemed as if she was just trying to scare us into a service from their company with how she explained things. Will not use this company again.
They had to come out to look at the flex lines off the plenum to figure out why they had water in them and discovered that more than the 2 I found had water. They are always prompt and give a great diagnosis of what is wrong and what will be needed to fix it.
Great experience. Tech was very professional, hard working.
Great service and professional staff.
