To be honest, this was a very disappointing experience. A client of mine was under contract for a piece of land, and Boswell had previously completed a boundary survey for the property, which the seller provided. However, the map had not been recorded, and we needed it converted to a mylar so we could proceed with closing. I initially emailed on February 25 and also followed up with a phone call. I cant brag enough on this company. Eric and the whole team at Boswell were AWESOME from the first day i called until the end of the process. They were always happy to answer my questions (and I had alot of them) and the process was perfect from beginning to end. If anyone ask me for a surveyor I will ALWAYS recommend Boswell.

Boswell was great to work with! Wonderful communicators, got everything done in a timely manner, their office was so helpful with any questions I had, the field guys were nice and professional. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need a surveyor again.
