Boswell recently completed a second floor addition over existing living space. They did a great job and everyone loves and appreciates the attention to detail and quality. Thank you Shane for a job well done.
I do not leave negative reviews for most services. However, this project with Boswell construction was a nightmare. A small addition ( the contract price was 185K) that was supposed to take 4-6 months took almost a year. And I was paying rent for this time as I had moved out to an apartment On top of that, so many shortcuts.. the new sliding door and windows were not installed correctly. The inspection I had done showed that the sliding door was deformed, and the inspector literally lifted one side of the door from the frame... read more
I got the home of my dreams with Boswell Construction. The construction is excellent quality and Shane kept us informed throughout construction. He was honest, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the build. This is a great family business with many years experience in St Petersburg. There were challenges along the way, but Shane stayed optimistic and kept us going. He was very respectful and patiently explained the process along the way. We would definitely hire him again.
