Took my growlers in to be filled, waited thirty minutes to fill two growlers, the 30 minute wait was due to that they didn't know how to fill "brown" glass growlers and they caped it at less than 3/4 full @11.00 each !!! Very disappointed in the service I received. I also called the next day to talk to a manager, was placed on hold for five minutes then was hung up on. I believe I have been very patience with Boston's service to only end up even more disappointed.

Can you give me some more details as to when this happened and also what manager you spoke too or even if you were able to. Unfortunately growlers do take a moment to fill up, depending on what beer you choose it can take a few minutes but I do agree that 30 minutes is to long.
