RecommendedFun environment Great food Courteous staff
SLOW service. They put a new waitress on a party table. Hamburger was under cooked and bloody. Sent out wrong kids order. It took almost 20 minutes to get the correct food. By then the rest of the party was nearly done eating. No discount given for the inconvenience.
We have absolutely LOVED going to Boston's, it's our regular place to go for food when we are too lazy to cook or for a date night. But sadly, many of the staff have ignored us when we walked in, or sounded like we are inconveniencing them when we call to place an order. I called to inform the manager that we have been upset the last couple times getting our normal order, it was missing all ingredients BUT the pasta just to get hung up on. Don't think we'll be going back.

been working in the area for about four months now finally decided to try it out. As I'm seated what appears to be one of the managers takes my drink order. a few minutes later my waitress shows up at to take my drink order again which the manager overseas and we both tell her at the same time that my drink order was already taken. more than 15 minutes after I take my seat my mail order so has it been taken and my drink still hasn't arrived so I just got up and left. extremely unlikely I'll ever be back.

We waited 30+ min for our appetizer & an hour for our food while the dining room was nearly empty. A plate was dirty, my glass was dirty & when my husband asked for a refill of Dr. Pepper, he rec'd a diet & whiskey. Luckily it went to him and not one of our 2 children. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic, but management didn't want to deal with our frustration. We left very disappointed.
First time visiting a Boston's Restuarant & Sports Bar. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant- at least not at this location. Arrived at 6:55 p.m. and did not get our food until 8:25 p.m. As a business owner and someone coming from a background in management, I will say this was probably the most dysfunctional restaurants I've been to in a long time. Maybe stay away from here for a while. Never had a bad experience before but waited almost 1.5 hours tonight and still didn’t even get all of our food. Never had a manager actually apologize, our waitress (Raven) took care of our bill after we didn’t get one person’s food and my daughter’s Mac n cheese was cold. Not sure what was going on but definitely could have been handled better by management.
Had a pretty awful experience tonight. I’ve never had problems here before but they just couldn’t figure it out tonight. I don’t like excuses either. The entire night consisted of waiting an hour after we ordered, four different workers coming to our table not sure who our waitress was, other people came in way after us, got fed, and paid before we got our food, and did I mention waited on our food for an hour, sat for an hour and a half.
