Just called the store and talked to an incredibly rude man. Making unnecessary and passive aggressive comments to a potential customer seems like a pretty bad way to run a business!

absolutely amazing people here doing incredible work. i brought in a ring i inherited and they were able to do the necessary repairs and make her sparkle in a way that retained the original, antique beauty of the piece. they’re quick and absolutely lovely to work with - i would highly recommend working with the team here!

I cannot recommend Bostonian enough. Everyone there is a master of their craft and extremely friendly and helpful. Alexandria couldn't have done a better job in designing a custom engagement ring and then wedding band for my fiancée.
