BostonBean has been a great partner. Very responsive the two times we have had coffeemaker issues. The two Account Managers we have had have been great. Julio has been on our account for the last year, and he is very friendly and responsive.
My company has been using Boston Bean for almost 3 years years for our Encore29 coffee machine, Bevi machine and snacks. They are super nice to work with and very accommodating, from our customer service rep (Julio Tavarez) who oversees all parts of our account professionally, to the service technicians (Matt & Mike) to the various individuals I speak to at their office. They always go above and beyond to assist us.
Boston Bean is the best coffee service in the Boston area. I've used them in every pharma office and others I've been in. Alan Coppola and Julio Tavarez are absolute superstars, we've enjoyed EXCELLENT service since engaging them at EyePoint, they truly raised the bar.....
