Impressed by their customer service! I had purchased two flameless remote candles from them many months ago, and recently the very bottom portion stopped working. I reached out to Boston Warehouse asking if they could send me a replacement part for that bottom piece. They responded quickly to my message and shipped very quickly a replacement part! Additionally, they sent me an extra candle, unopened. This was unexpected and above and beyond.
Great customer service! Sheryl Quindley was the representative who replied to the question I submitted via the website. The reply came the very next day, and she was professional and courteous. I love the cute coffee mugs I received from this company, too!
