I recently purchased a new car (2025 Taos) from Boston Volkswagen, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We worked with Scott, and from the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. There no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just genuine help in finding us the right car. The whole sales team seems to follow suit, highly recommend
Sales process very simple and easy Scott Arsenault was my sales associate. He was fantastic and has been through the process even post sale.
They broke the fuel compartment door trying to open it and charged $750 to replace it when they broke it trying to open it.
Abysmal service, seller price gouged me. Every recall that I get is a fight with the service department to even give an appointment. Service department is rude and condescending. Because of this dealership I will never buy a VW again. Can’t believe the salesman was trashing Kia, I had way better service at Kia. Probably will be back to them when this nightmare of a lease ends
