Excellent and thorough
I will always recommend Dr. John Lee. He is excellent. Today I was surprised to see the waiting area full. My appt. was at 1:50 today and I finally left at 3:15. It has changed since my last appt. Used to be in and out. I was disappointed.
I was greeted courteously and professionally. Everyone is incredibly nice there and Dr. Martin is amazing. I just love him. He’s very good at what he does and he’s so nice and speaks to you like a real person. I’ve been coming here for over five years and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
Ana at Boston Vision in Lawrence was fantastic! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She went over and above to get an appointment with Dr Martin for me! Great front desk receptionists with a great attitude and smile!
Today was my first appointment at Boston vision and it was a great experience! Every staff member was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and overall a very calming experience. I would definitely recommend!
