I am shocked and cannot believe that Jason Brenner has the authority to forbid me from seeing any other doctors at Boston Vision. I only hoped he might show some basic compassion toward his patient due to his failure. I rely on my vision for computer work. In August 2024, without disclosing it to me, Jason Brenner initially targeted -1.0 which is not right at all. Their first priority seems to be getting your and your insurer's money. The visit experience is similar to a drive through car wash. Doc was fine (but seemed eager to get back in the OR). I moved. $15 to get my records. (Message: Don't let the door hit you on the way out.)
Everyone is very professional and listens to your concerns . The staff are all great assets to the Center . I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a new Eye center .
