Viewed a property I was very interested in and asked the broker to keep me up to speed on the process. Offered a cosigner and references as they helped build my profile as an A+ tenant with my previous landlord of 17+ years. The broker new this, requested an application fee of every tenant, then rejected our applications (after paying) without ever checking with my cosigner or previous landlord.
