Nice enough - office staff a little stuck up
Third time going to rehabilitation @ Boston Sports great success each time from preoperative to physical therapy
It was a great overall experience . I was taken right away for my X-ray and I was called right on time for my appt. The nurse and X-ray tech were very nice and efficient. I saw Sheri Martinelli PA for my foot. She is very knowledgeable and I left feeling positive about my visit. The building is amazing and the entire staff is definitely 5 stars!
They are constantly running way behind. I received a call yesterday about an opening so I reworked my schedule to fit this in. Currently I've been waiting for an hour past my appoint time. Every time I've been here they've been running at least 30 minutes late.
I was treated like gold by the whole staff including Dr Curtis who did my shoulder operation as well as his PA Irene Ghobrial. This was my second shoulder surgery and they were great both times from the time I walked in through discharge.
Yesterday was our second surgical experience at BSSC and both times were absolutely top notch! Dr. McKeon and Jason are a spectacular team. The entire support staff was completely wonderful, as well. I can't be more grateful for the professionalism, skill and level of care shown to our patient. Thank you so very much!
