I should be able to cancel my memberships over the phone during COVID. But I have to physically go in and fill out a form.
Why are we still being charged for our memberships when your store isn’t open? Reverse my recent payment and cease all payments until your doors reopen, or I will seek legal counsel and begin disputing charges. Do not give me the copy paste of your online program, I did not sign up for that in my contract and it does not cover the uses of a gym that I signed the contract for. People will remember your actions once this pandemic is over.
Not continue charging during the pandemic!
The Gym has been closed for 2 weeks now but Im still getting charged on my credit card. There is also no valid e mail address to get in touch with somebody. Doesn't seem right?
RecommendedI love Boston sports club. I stopped going for a while because of school but now it’s time to get back in shape (: all of the staff is very nice and always willing to help out.
I work out at the WAYLAND club several times a week. I like my personal trainer there and the location is convenient, but in the past few months, the facility has not been well-maintained. Dust bunnies around the equipment, no soap in the women’s locker room. No wipes for the equipment for weeks—just as flu season is in full force—, broken paper towel dispensers, expired filter in the water cooler, broken or worn equipment and sluggish response from staff when I’ve brought these things to their attention. This club is unsanitary. Since early December, 2018 they've been out of wipes for the equipment and haven't provided a consistent alternative. Go elsewhere if you don't like being exposed to all the other members germs.
My card was compromised so I had to cancel it and get a new card. Apparently it was the card I used to pay my monthly fee. Instead of calling me or sending a letter to resolve, went straight to collections. Thanks for the ding in my credit over $40 bucks. Find a better way to resolve small issues with members. I won’t be back.
I love going to this club but in the two months I have been there have received multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card. I have left multiple messages for the manager (and no one is ever sure where or how to reach him), but have received ZERO response. Am hoping a scathing review of unauthorized charges that might (and SHOULD) affect his new client rate might budge him into waking up and responding to a current customer before further and more serious legal action is required.
