I recently joined BSC in Canton after visiting a number of gyms. I recently retired and wanted a comfortable, clean and friendly gym. I found all this at BSC. James, Harrison and Drew were so nice and helpful in working with me on all areas of concern. This place is perfect for all my needs. Thank you all for helping me stay active in my retirement. If you are looking for a gym go to BSC in Canton Ma you won’t regret it.
One of the worst Gym stealing money off my account
Nancy Sawyer is very professional, and polite. I had membership questions, and she took the time to sit down with me to answer them. The facility is also very clean, and the staff is amazing.
Facility is fine. Billing services is crap. Cancelled membership in January of 2017 and still getting billed 9 months later on a monthly basis despite reaching out multiple times over several months to request to stop charging credit card. Apparently the membership system and billing system are separate entities. Ended up blocking merchant. Unacceptable billing practices. 12/1 Update - Nancy the GM called me directly and admitted the mistake, apologized, and fixed the problem.
