2021 JV skeleton staff is a bunch of clowns with terrible attitudes, place is barely keeping the lights on.
Be very careful about signing up for a membership here. They will charge you a $10 cancellation fee when you cancel your membership in PERSON and yet continue to charge your monthly membership from your bank account. You will send three emails to management with no response. Talk to your bank about blocking all money from this company after membership cancel.

I have been a member at this particular club for at least 7 years. Poor front desk customer service at The Newbury Club. The general manager of this club is phenomenal... However, there are a couple of front desk representatives that make the whole experience pretty bad and lacking ! I hope BSC Newbury can fix this issue, or at least train some of their staff to be able to better handle questions and concerns club members may have.
