Why was I charged a full month in July when you only opened up during half way through the month. And now on August 1 charged again another full month. I’m still waiting for the credit after being charged for April though you were closed. I am very disappointed with you BSC.
Customer Service is poor - needs to communicate with members and take care of their needs.
How could they take advantage of consumers in the middle of a pandemic! People have lost their jobs and lives and still being charged by this gym! This is the worst heartless company ever! I would never recommend it or go back!
