A gym is only as good as its staff, you can have all the equipment in the world but if the faces that greet you aren't memorable than its just a gym. I love BSC because everyone is so amazing and friendly. They know my name and make me feel special even though I am sure you have a ton of members!!! Love it here!
My daughters swim lesson got cancelled three times and we were never notified that the instructor had cancelled the lesson even after showing up and waiting 30 minutes. People at front desk can never provide information when asked questions!
Water fountain has gone unfixed for about a month. Can't wait until the second and last one breaks. Then there will be real problem. When you sell memberships, you have obligations. It's not like I can just go somewhere else that day if I don't like the service. Is it too much to expect the water fountain to be operable at a gym?
