They've been charging me for the past 8 months despite numerous attempts to cancel my membership.
This gym is terrible. It is dirty. The locker room is in continued disrepair and unclean, the equipment is constantly unusable and broken because of lack of maintenance and repair, there have been several occasions where there is blood on the towels, and that is only a few of the problems. When there was a sewer/water problem, the gym continued to charge the members, although the gym was closed. I'm following up again as I've not heard back. I understand this is a trying time, however, I can't imagine no one is monitoring this account. Especially considering this is the email listed for folks to reach out. I think you guys owe it to your members to freeze their accounts and or allow us to cancel via phone. Considering you've furloughed your staff, I'm not sure these are outrageous requests. Please listen to your members, as you say you value us and work with us on options that are available.
Plain and simple. The facilities are painfully average and overcrowded, which is fine i guess. What isn’t fine is the cancellation process. My Fiancé had attempted to cancel her membership for three months only to be charged 380$ for an additional month of personal training she didn’t want. Highway Robbery, gross misrepresentation of the terms, and possible fraud. Stay away from this money hole and run laps around the charles. The view is better and the oder more pleasant. I've had the neighborhood pass for BSC for the past year and a half and recently noticed that my monthly fee went from $39.99 to $49.99 with no explanation or forewarning. When I called to ask what this was, the representative told me that BSC's parent company, TSI simply decided to do this without giving any members warning and that there was no plan to refund the $10 a month, despite the fact that online it still says a neighborhood pass is $39.99. Half the equipment is broke to long order 2cables,so in future when one is broke there is no down time,have the guys dat don't strip their weights,sign their mother up to pick up after them,as guys show off,loading the weight let's see them whip an clean off the weigt,nothin more sexy then a clean person
