RecommendedI previously had a horrible experience at the BSC in Fenway location, but had gone to the Back Bay location and had such a better experience. Bobby Castelot was able to solve the issue I was having. He was very understanding of my situation and made my experience so much better. I could have not ask for a better outcome. All the staff at this location was all willing to help & so friendly. They made everything easy for me as well as making sure I was all set. Once again we are back to BSC not being able/willing to open on time. A group of 15-20 members waiting on Friday morning to open. They need to realize that if members are waking up this early to work out time is of the essence. I waited for 20 minutes and returned home and went to work early. My time is far too valuable. If the gym was not super convenient I would drop them like a bad habit. This gym is everything you need-- equipment, classes, and a staff who knows your name. Tionne, one of the account managers, is super helpful and really takes the time to get to know his patrons.
