I have yet to receive an email about the opening of the sports club. I am completely appalled that through the pandemic no one was ever notified as to why we all got charged while everything else was closed. I even heard that some people got double charged. I would like to take my business elsewhere and I hope when everything reopens they do not charge my card without permission.
Not only has this business been charging members while they are closed, now going on a couple weeks they’re not answering members about why they’re the only gym in the state still closed. Cannot wait to find a new gym.
They are still charging members during the pandemic shutdown and provide no avenue for cancellation. Calls and emails go unanswered. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.
REFUND ME WHEN I CAN NOT EVEN GO TO YOUR GYM CAUSE ITS CLOSED!!!!

I love this club. I've been a member of numerous clubs through out my life. This is the nicest group of people I've ever been around. Plus it's very clean, safe and has great instructors. Highly recommend.
