Follow up appointment was addressed by staff and Dr Sussman completely.
Sussman was the kindest doctor and actually took the time to sit, talk and explain everything. He really cares for his patients.
Dr. Sussman is excellent. Really patient and knowledgeable with a lot of options from less invasive to surgical etc.
Boston Sports & Biologics may be only practice in the Boston area that uses newer, regenerative medicine techniques to address sports injuries and other musculo-skeletal problems. It's a brilliant combination that has the potential to help many, many patients, not just athletes. And because it is a private (now 2-man) practice, Dr. Sussman is not subject to the 15-min-limit doctors in group, hospital-based practices work under. If a patient needs more time, they get it. Lady who handles appointments was very unhelpful! Husband needed his image request faxed to Dr doing it as that’s the only way they except it and she would not do it unless we went and got the fax number. Very unprofessional. Would not wait on phone while we tried to find it told us to call back! Canceled appt and going somewhere else!
