Very polite, understood my inability on right shoulder right away. Told me my 3 choices, lol only one choice for me, just fix it. I was surprised that they have total replacements, news to me. He surprised me on just day surgery for new shoulder, beside, New England Baptist Hospital is not a nice Hospital. If you are unlucky and get the bad floor you'll never go back again. Glad I'm not staying because I have to have proper protocol in place first. Good luck everyone ,may the good spirits help you on your journey.
