I came to see Dr. Drew for second opinion for my knee pain. All the treatment he gave me were PT and wearing braces even though I told him those did not help me. He told me to use the braces from his office which I asked if they were sold there, he replied, “we just give them to you”. Later I received the email stated that the braces were billed to my insurance $250.00 for each brace, so total $500.00 was submitted in the form with the my name initial that was not signed by me.
So professional. Extremely knowledgeable. Totally helpful and unapologetically clean!
