I am 62 years old with a bad heart & ain't capable of basic chores: the help I get, takes a lot of stress and strain off of me.
I initially had some concerns with Boston Home Care for Elders, which led me to give them a one-star review. However, after speaking with the case manager Hannah, I feel a complete change of heart. She was incredibly respectful, professional, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. So if you are senior, and you are recently assigned to them, you are out of luck. It appears there are more seniors than case managers that can handle their clients, known as consumers to them. No one there is handling my case, and I must deal with the “Case Manager On Call.” They failed to respond in a timely manner, and I had a time-sensitive issue.
