I am very comfortable with my case manager. Anytime I’ve called I’ve always gotten a call back. Very helpful and very informative. She will try to help me anyway she can.

I am a client of Boston Home Care, and I could not recommend them more highly. Their staff is excellent and attentive to the needs of Boston seniors, allowing them to age in place within their own residence. Thus eliminated the need for institutional placement.
I have had mostly positive experiences with this agency. I have liked both my workers. I did not like the initial intake worker who lied to me to discourage me from getting all im eligible for. But once I got a worker that got straightened out. Jane is my current worker. She’s nice and helpful. My life is so much better with my laundry, grocery delivery and homemaker services. So grateful.
