A total revamp is needed as far as this agency is concerned. Never have I experienced such ineptitude and just plain non-responsiveness from an agency. I've been trying since April 15th to get my 98 year old mother approved for a HHCP through this agency. Here we are almost at the end of July and still nothing!
They never call back anyone back, very poor communication (customer service rep is good but overall never again. Currently contacting the state

I initially had some concerns with Boston Home Care for Elders, which led me to give them a one-star review. However, after speaking with the case manager Hannah, I feel a complete change of heart. She was incredibly respectful, professional, and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly.
