Yinuo Xu provides excellent service. Communication is clear and timely, and she always follows up when needed. She makes sure my mother has the proper equipment to maintain a good quality of life, which we truly appreciate.
Started the process of becoming a caretaker in June. It is currently December and none of my paperwork can be located and the entire process is being start over because of incompetent case workers. A total revamp is needed as far as this agency is concerned. Never have I experienced such ineptitude and just plain non-responsiveness from an agency. I've been trying since April 15th to get my 98 year old mother approved for a HHCP through this agency. Here we are almost at the end of July and still nothing!
They never call back anyone back, very poor communication (customer service rep is good but overall never again. Currently contacting the state
