Stan and his crew were respectful, fast, and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up a mold issue in our rental property and even coordinated directly with the tenants. Made our lives so much easier!

Horrible experience working with this company. I had a water damage issue and they came in. At first these guys seem pretty professional and caring for the customer and later due to their behavior towards me i had to ask them to take their stuffs and leave. With water damage, as a restoration company they are supposed to keep logs of drying. They never kept any log for my issue. We experienced a sump pump failure that flooded half our finished basement. BRG came in late at night, started extraction immediately, and managed to dry everything out in a matter of days. Their communication and professionalism are top notch.
