Great practice, very responsive, and overall very positive experiences referring people to them.
I’ve been trying to get a follow up appointment with Dr. Estes since August, but she kept canceling due to “family emergencies.” I finally got in with another clinician who was very rude to me and condescending when I expressed my concerns about Dr. Estes to her. Not to mention, they didn’t fill my adderall script so I haven’t had my meds since August. I’m going to a new place because this is absolutely ridiculous. Would not suggest coming here.
I have always appreciated the medical care provided by Dr. Estes at this clinic; their professionalism and dedication have been commendable. However, I feel compelled to share my recent negative experiences with the clinic’s billing department. Despite not having visited the clinic for several months due to a move, I continued to receive bills. Initially, I assumed these were residual charges and paid them. Probably the worst run business I’ve ever encountered. Dealt with Michael who forgot to call me back multiple times. Was extremely rude on the phone. I will never recommend or go back. Avoid at all costs!!
