I think it’s important to know that if you are somebody who anticipates you might ever utilize the on-call provider service that they expect you to be OK waiting up to two hours for a call back, and I can speak to having experienced this personally. when I was responsible for calling people back related to their mental health in a professional capacity, if I couldn’t return the phone call within 20 to 30 minutes I needed to let people know and route it to the back up back up person and it would be a conversation about why I ... read more
