If I could give no stars, I would! My experience with Boston Property Management LLC has been extremely disappointing. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and completely unaccountable. There is constant turnover, and every time I speak with someone, they blame the previous employee who “no longer works here.” Nothing ever gets resolved. I reside in one of Boston Property Management units in Dorchester, and I had to work with this unprofessional company, they are a disgrace when it comes their property, or tenants, I feel so disgusted as a tenant under this management, my building were rat infested, huge holes all around the property, and in the building, trash everywhere, and rats running ramped because they refused to take care of one of their properties, so I had to write up 25 violation against this company they recently took me to court because I refuse... read more
