I wanted to wait until my 6-week post-op appointment to write a complete and honest review for Dr. Phelan. I came to Boston Plastic Surgery after visiting 3 different offices for consultations. Dr.Phelan is a wonderful doctor! I am so happy with the results after she surgically removed fat from my upper arms which had gotten worse with age even though I work out. During that surgery,she also revised a nasty C-section scar. I am 68. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I now see her to have Botox facial injections and am loving it. I’ve received so many compliments! Highly recommended !!
