Boston Plastic Surgery is located in Quincy. I was impressed with their office. The staff is warm and attentive. Upon meeting Dr Phelan and addressing my concerns I was immediately relieved of all my anxieties. Dr Phelan took her time explaining how and what would happen during surgery. The outcome was better than I expected. Highly recommend Dr Phelan to make your dreams come true.

I had the best experience with Dr. Phelan and her team! I was definitely nervous going into breast augmentation, but everyone made the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. Dr. Phelan really listened to what I wanted and understood the natural look I was going for. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
