The front of house manager was the one that had to take our order, the waitress was a bit behind which was fine. We waited awhile before the manager walked by again noticing we still didnt have anything and told us one sec and rushed to the back. 2 waitress slowly brought out our stuff but only half the table then again we were forgotten. 10ish mins layer my daughter and my food finally came out. Had to remind the staff to bring cutlery and water. Ribs were just average at best, tasted like something frozen from a store rather than freshly made. The coleslaw was even worse - it seemed old, dry, and honestly not enjoyable at all. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I ordered a double order of hot wings and an order of garlic parmesan fries. When I got there about 5 mins after the order pickup. They asked me if a substitution of bandera bread instead of parmesan garlic fries would be ok (which because you have to give both your phone number and email address, makes the fact they asked me at the restaurant incredibly stupid), I said it would be fine and had to wait for them and after I drove off I found out it wasn't even bandera bread it was cactus cut fries.
