usually i love boston pizza but this time was sub par. ordered all meat bites with hot and honey sauce, they came out almost bare so i asked for some extra sauce for them, i was brought the wrong sauce. my partner ordered the chicken mushroom fettuccini, which came out cold. chicken was cold, and the mushrooms were not cooked at all. after asking them to take it back and warm it up, it came out somewhat warmer but still felt undercooked, also never received her garlic toast. odd experience since i usually love coming here. h... read more
We arrived at 12:15 on a Wednesday afternoon. Three women were happy to hopefully have another wonderful experience at this establishment..That was not the case. Once seated at the booth closest to the kitchen (not a preferable location, but at this point, we weren’t distressed, although preferable booths were available), after a few minutes we were asked about beverages. My mother in law and I are frequent customers and the one server named Mark not Matthew! Always remembers us and our order... he even kept aside my sunglasses I forgot there and returned them to me over a month later when we returned to have lunch!!! Best server in town! Again today we were in for lunch and as always best service from our favorite and fantastic waiter MARK always so kind and speedy service. Arrived at 11am and we had our drinks and lunch on the table ready in 12mins! Wonderful! Thanks again!
