We went for lunch Tuesday, and the food was great. The service was exceptional and Manager Shikha ensured we had a fantastic time .
Other restaurants in same mall were packed. BP parking lot was empty. I guess the crowd knows something we don't!
We stopped in after visiting this locations “iFly” neighbour. We took advantage of the $15 lunch menu. The food was at our table in less than 15 minutes. It was super hot , very delicious and great value for the money. Our table ordered pizza with garlic fries and pasta with garlic bread. It was all amazing. We had a bad experience here before but decided to give it another chance. we were not surprised tha we were disappointed. . durqing the LONG wait for our dinner our server had a LONG personal conversation with the table directly behind us. VERY irrittating. She then dissappeared. After the LONG wait for our dinner my wife's meal arrived COLD and our server was nowhere to be found. we tried to get the attention of the only gther server on hte floor, but she just smiled and proceded to ignore us. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in BP. Pizzas quality and taste is worse than a very cheap pizzeria. It is supposed to be a high end pizzeria, the price is unjustified relative to the quality of their pizza. I had a good memory of BP from a few years ago with a good service and a really tasty pizza, nowadays the food is very sweet with low quality ingredients. The drinks and some pizzas are way too sweet. BP management needs to visit other high end pizzerias for cross functional training and better understanding what ... read more
