The food was so yummy and the service was skyrocketing but there were some trash on the ground
We had a few issues during our visit to Boston Pizza, but the General Manager handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. They listened to our concerns patiently, resolved the problems quickly, and made sure we left happy. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. Really appreciate the respectful and calm way everything was managed. Thank you for turning our experience around
Dropped by Boston Pizza in Oakville and was seriously impressed. The crust on the pizza was perfectly crisp, and the Whiskey Chicken Pizza I ordered? Absolutely next level rich, flavorful, and totally worth it. Great spot for a satisfying bite!
We had our hockey team party here and had such a great experience! The atmosphere was fun and relaxed — perfect for the kids to celebrate and the parents to catch up. The staff were awesome from the moment we arrived. Amanda and Jessica were especially amazing — super friendly, organized, and on top of everything. They handled our large group with ease, ensuring everything ran smoothly — from food and drinks to setup and cleanup.
