After coming in to watch the Canada game, the hostess mentioned there were no tables available, even at the bar. Reluctantly, I ordered takeout as I still wanted to wait and watch. She failed to mention that additional tables were opening up after a kids party had finished. I would’ve preferred to watch and eat while watching Canada play. I asked if I could sit and change my order to dine-in, she refused and said they already have it set ‘To-Go’, so they won’t be able to change it. My husband and I went for the "Father day High Tea". The food and variety for the price was fantastic. The drinks in the teapots were a fun touch to the experience as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Ordered some takeout over the phone, the person wrote down the wrong name, not a big deal. Went to the restaurant and gave the right name, was told several times that my order would be “done in a few minutes”. 40 minutes later after asking a few times, get told that they wrote down the wrong name for my order and that they have it now. If they didn’t have the order under my name in the first place, why waste my time by telling me that it’ll be done in a few minutes? Ridiculous.
