After a frustrating experience at Jack Astor’s in Newmarket, we decided to watch the Toronto FIFA match at Boston Pizza, and they completely turned our day around. The manager and staff were welcoming, found us a great table with a perfect view of the big-screen TV, and made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. After a disappointing experience at Jack Astor’s Newmarket, we decided to go to Boston Pizza instead and we are so glad we did. Jesse provided excellent customer service, was friendly and welcoming, and made us feel valued as customers. We even received a thoughtful gift, which really turned our day around. At Jack Astor’s, the general manager was rude and dismissive when we politely asked to adjust our seating after arriving early for a game reservation. just visiting canada and we decided to come to boston pizza, our initial experience was great as Eliana (our host) was very pleasant and friendly which set the atmosphere for the rest of the night, which didn't disappoint as the deluxe pizza was really nice.
