The bartender Jen was absolutely lovely and had a great personality! Also met a gentleman named Chris and he was lovely! Will be back again for sure!
We recently visited Boston Pizza because my son loves their chicken parmesan, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We had to wait quite a while just to be seated, and when we finally got a table, there was a very unpleasant smell in the area. We politely asked if we could move to another seat, but the staff member who was assisting us dismissed our concern, laughed, and told us there was no bad smell. The food was completely off - the quality of the food was poor, the wings barely had sauce, the pizza, was burned, the cactus fries were super dry and not fresh. It was tough, lacked any flavor, and was just not enjoyable at all. Overall, between the low-quality food and the lack of proper customer service, it was a frustrating experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d return to or recommend. I had a really disappointing experience here.
My kids and I came in for dinner on Friday night with my parents. We were served by Jesse - he did a fantastic job! He was friendly and kind - took the time to ask my daughter about her broken arm and even offered to turn up the heat when seeing my mom cold under the vents. We were served quickly and the food was great. We definitely prefer the Newmarket location over other BPs.
