My dad and uncle came here and were instantly stereotyped, the waitress thought that my dad and uncle "look like the type of people to go to the bar". Me and my uncle's son came an hour later to join them, and when the same waitress that stereotyped them at the front came to serve us she had a very bad tone and seemed rude. She also showed up to my dad and uncle after they had a beer with the bill as if they didn't have money to pay because she said something along the lines of "the price is piling up". Our team came to Boston Pizza for a hockey team lunch , and it turned into a complete disaster. We waited for over two hours and never received the majority of our food. Eventually, we found out that our server never even punched in most of the order. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was how poorly the manager handled it. Deeply Disappointing Experience. Our team, had one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve ever had — not just at Boston Pizza, but at any restaurant. After spending 3 long hours at the hockey rink, our group of 16 hungry kids and their families came to Boston Pizza Walnut Grove with a confirmed reservation — only to find that the details were entered incorrectly (wrong number of people and wrong timing).
