Julie was amazing made our night wonderful!
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Boston Pizza location. We were a group of 27, including 13 kids, and the server (we won't shame his name here) assigned to us had an incredibly unprofessional attitude. He raised his voice at customers (including the children) after mixing up the order numbers and sides. Because of his mistakes, dishes were left unclaimed, and instead of calmly resolving the issue, he slammed plates down and rolled his eyes at us. This level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. Food was so fast, which is so helpful with kids, great service, super attentive.
The Carbonara pizza was excellent. The Chicken tacos left something to be desired though. The service was excellent, Raman made sure our table was well taken care of through the evening
Raman was our servant, she was always checking in when we needed, good personality, and our food was amazing, we ordered the carbonara pizza which was delicious! We also ordered the chicken tacos which were good, but the pizza was the ultimate hit!
