I had an incredible experience thanks to Kiersten, the manager at Boston Pizza. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure a situation was rectified and personally took the time to offer help. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service. Kiersten is a true asset to Boston Pizza, and because of her, I’ll absolutely continue to be a loyal customer!
Used to order BP for decades but it got way too expensive ($40 a pizza). Lured by the BOGO 50% off promo, we ordered twice from this location and both times I had digestive issues. Maybe it is the sauce on the Tropical Chicken or the cheese they switched to is processed (my stomach doesn't tolerate processed cheese). I am not sure. But I won't be eating here again. It's a shame because most pizza in this area is absolute garbage and BP used to be one of the better ones.
