“I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating. We were refused dine-in service even though there was enough space and plenty of time before closing. It has happened more than once, and it feels like Indian customers are not being treated the same as others. Restaurants should be about hospitality and respect for everyone.”
This is not the first instance; whenever my friends and I come to dine, they consistently inform us that they are not accepting additional dine-in orders. Because we are Indians or not citizens of your country. If it is closing time, that is another matter; however, it is currently 9 PM, and the establishment remains open until 12 or 1 AM. Therefore, what is the rationale for the availability of numerous dining seats? I was unprepared for the extent of racism encountered.
Very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. We were repeatedly refused dine-in service while other customers were allowed to sit and eat. The behavior from the staff felt unfair and discriminatory. A restaurant should be a welcoming place where everyone can come to eat and enjoy their time, not a place where people feel singled out or treated differently. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
