Food was pretty good, as was the service. The restaurant was ridiculously cold. I was also extremely disappointed to see that generative AI had been used to create a poster for their live music nights.
They have been reducing toppings lately. Quality is good but in the last one year I have been noticing that the quantity of toppings is reduced. Example today order, There are no chunks of chicken on some of the slices on a chicken pizza
Great wings, ask to have them finished on the grill. I recommend this location. And the servers are super friendly
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incorrect order I received and the extremely poor customer service I experienced when trying to resolve the issue. I intended to place an order for a medium pepperoni pizza with delivery, which came to approximately $15 after what appeared to be a coupon or promotion. It had been some time since our last visit to Boston Pizza, but I am truly delighted that we chose this particular location. The food was absolutely perfect, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. Nick, our server, was exceptional; he was very attentive and remarkably friendly. We were seated very quickly, and the restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness. We will most certainly be returning.
