Shannon is hands down the BEST server at Boston Pizza! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She’s super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and has an amazing memory—never missed a detail of our order. Drinks were always topped up, food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right times. On top of that, she brings such a positive energy that makes the whole experience better. If you’re going to Boston Pizza, ask for Shannon—you won’t regret it!

Shannon was an amazing server, always making sure we were good the whole night and if there was annythign we were waiting on. She was also exceptional with her beer pours.

Their “clean” glass had lipstick from a previous patron. Seems their dishwasher is broken
