Went to BP to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We arrived around 4:15pm, waited for at least 10 minutes to be greeted or seeing any sort of employee (besides the bartender). One of the managers finally seated us on the dining room side where there was only one other table finishing up. It was when the meals arrived that the service really went downhill. My meal was fine.
