Food came out fast and was good
I visited on October 26, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested and even a bit rude toward my group and another group that arrived after us. When we asked to change the channel to a baseball game (World Series), the server claimed it would affect all the TVs. But earlier we saw the server switch channels on just two TVs. I've been a fan of the Boston Pizza franchise since I was a kid and I'm glad it's one of those things that hasn't changed too much nor changed for the worse. Great location and staff is super friendly. My only note is maybe quickly take a walk around the tables and give them a solid "spit shine". A few areas were dirty when we got there but that's just me being picky except for our table that's where I'll be like "what the heck". Other than that this place is great and the pool table is going to become a regular spot for me.
