I went with my family yesterday, and unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Boston Pizza. We ordered two kids’ meals and two adult meals. The kids’ pizza crusts were so hard they were barely edible. My meal was served on a stale bun, and my wife’s grilled chicken was completely smothered in sauce—despite her specifically not requesting it that way.
