Apparently, Boston Pizza can’t hire a Food Services manager for $36-$38 an hour so they apparently need to hire temporary foreign workers. That seems totally above board./s
Went for lunch the other day and really all I can say is make sure if you come here you don’t have any other plans for the day. Very slow service, a turtle could bring your food out faster. Wasn’t busy when I went and still waited 45 minutes for food. Wouldn’t even waste my time again going here, almost walked to the Walmart McDonald’s for food.
The waitress walked us to our table, put the menus down, and just walked away. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks to start or anything. We sat there for 10 min and didn't see anybody and nobody came to ask us for our order. Finally had to press some button at the table calling for a server. She came and took our order. When she brought it out both of our pastas were cold! Absolutely terrible experience.
I got an excellent service from Sania (one of the employees at Boston pizza). Initially placed an order via Uber & the food was never delivered to me. Sania helped me to deal with the whole situation and placed another order. She provided an exceptional service. I’m really pleased, will definitely order in future.
