Went to Boston pizza around 5 with family this Friday . It was lively but not too lively. The hostess was very kind… did not catch name but brunette young girl. She made jokes with family and checked in on us to make sure we had been served. She seemed overwhelmed with tasks I think she was only host. Server was great, her name was Nicole. Very charming and easy to talk to, managed several tables at once and brought food quickly. Restaurant was very clean. Food was good. Will come back very happy with service.
Jaz was our server and did such an amazing job!! She was slammed with so many tables to take care of but did everything she could to prioritize us. It was a busy UFC night with little staff on but she was killing it. Supervisors definitely should have helped this girl out more.
Went to this location last night for dinner, Food was great, Service was awesome. Our waitress Lauren was phenomenal, always made sure we had drinks, was very nice and had constant check ins. We were a bit dissapointed with a manager asking us to leave a 5 star review before we had even gotten our appetizer. Doesn't exactly make sense to give 5 stars before we've even tried our food. The 5 stars come from the amazing service we had and not simply being asked
Brought a field trip of 40+ students here for the second year in a row today. The staff is always very accomodating, and the manager (Kavita) is really well organized. They had all of our food prepped and ready for our arrival, and had a large area all set aside for us. Really appreciate their effort to make lunch as easy as possible for our group. Will definitely be back with other groups.
