I’m so incredibly disappointed I had gone here a few times for drinks with friends and constantly had bad service, I’ve been to a fair bit of other locations with zero problems it’s actually one of my favourite places to eat, unfortunately we stopped going to this location because it never turned out well. I decided today to give it a last chance because they got a renovation and I think new management? we ordered takeout and they completely messed up the order and I am disappointed once again I wish I could leave zero stars
I had a terrible experience at this place. The food quality was far below expectations — bland, poorly cooked, and clearly not fresh. Taco’s serving was really worse. On top of that, my drinks order was completely wrong, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were dismissive and arrogant rather than helpful. There may be a sign indicating new leadership but the restaurant is trash. It doesn’t live up to the brand and the expectations associated with that.
