I've been extremely disappointed in this location for a while but today was extra. The hostess was not very pleasant when telling us that the manager has said they were not taking any more tables in a very empty restaurant because they were understaffed. With so many people crying for jobs it's weird they seem to be chronicly understaffed and terribly slow service times. How do you justify turning people away when your restaurant is empty 90% of the time. No kidding we are losing restaurants in this city like crazy.
Watched 7 people come in at 930-10. They all waiting for service to sit. No one at till. They all left. I went to bathroom and both girls are on their phone by kitchen. If I was the owner I would be pissed
Place didn't seem ridiculously busy for how flustered the waitresses were, but in the end after forgetting the few things to our table the waitress went above and beyond to correct everything. Our waitress was super friendly and the food was top knotch.
