Ordered take out at 4:50pm was told it would take 30-40 mins. I showed up at 5:30 and was told to wait another 20 mins. Waited another 40 mins and they realized my food was in the warmer the entire time and didn’t bother to check the pizza box, wasted over an hour of my time when they simply could’ve checked the pizza box, Front staff is undertrained.
Great service.. food was good nothing bad to say
Terrible experience. BP was busy on a Saturday night so delays were to be expected. However, we sat in the lounge for over an hour without anyone coming with menus or taking drinks orders. We stopped waitresses 3 times and they never came back. Would never go back!
I took a group of 8 people here for birthday dinner yesterday. I asked the staff to sing Happy Birthday, first round was ignored, after asking the second time the waitress said she would get her staff. She came back saying “everyone was too busy”. Basically, they just didn’t want to. At Montana’s they are never too busy. Gonna go somewhere else next time.
