Took my son for birthday supper. It was early afternoon and restaurant was empty. He asked for coloring contest sheet and we were told none left. Hostess took us to a booth where she looked at the food scattered across both benches on both sides of the table, offered no apology or acknowledgement. We swept off our seats. Called this location to request a T4 for a former employee who only worked a few shifts and didn’t have access to the employee app. The GM was extremely rude, repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me explain the situation, and gave me the wrong number when I asked for head office. He also hung up abruptly. Another Boston Pizza location resolved the issue within minutes and sent the correct T4, which shows this could have been handled easily. Very disappointing experience dealing with management here.
