Service was great food was great but the new menus are terrible. As your reading it disappears if you don’t move the screen constantly it’s small and hard to read and you forget what you wanted by the time you order and can’t find it again. This menu change might be enough to not come back to BPs again for me.
We ate here and it took 25 to 30 minutes for half of our food to come out and when the rest came out my food was cold and not the right amount
Not sure what happened on the weekend. Bar side was not busy. Sat down at a dirty sticky table. Took almost 15-20 mins to get served a drink. Only one server. Who seems unhappy. Put an order in for food! That took a long time. Ordered Calamari. Was not edible. Could not eat it. Wasn’t a good experience.
We had an amazing waitress that looked after us and our grandkids. It was a great experience, great food. We will absolutely visit again when we return to Sylvan lake.
