I've worked with Mike twice now for my ACL and had such a great experience! The clinic is clean and bright and has a ton of equipment, and everyone there is so nice. My sessions were fun, but focused and the environment there is very supportive and encouraging. Mike always answered my questions and gave me exercises geared towards getting me back on the slopes. While I hope I don't need PT again, if I do, I'll definitely be going back to see Mike.
I had a great experience with physical therapy here! I came in for ongoing neck pain and learned a lot about how my desk posture when working and movement patterns were contributing to it. Caitlin and Mike were both knowledgeable, friendly, and great at explaining not just which exercises to do, but how to do them with proper form and what they were actually targeting. I’m leaving PT feeling much better and I've been incorporating what I've learned into my everyday life and workouts. Highly recommend!
