Helpful and professional staff, nice facility
I highly recommend Boston Physical Therapy and Wellness. I attended the Arlington location for PT for ~ 6 months. Michael Gilday tailored a treatment plan specific to my needs and goals. He was thoughtful, attentive, kind, and all around wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend Michael and his team at Boston Physical Therapy and Wellness highly enough!
Clean and comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable therapists that listen to you and adjust exercises as needed. Home programs are well explained and upgraded as needed. Would highly recommend !!
I really enjoyed my course of therapy for pelvic floor/diastasis with Cheyenne at Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness. Cheyenne asked great questions, checked in on my progress and any concerns at every visit, made each session both comfortable and interesting, and was just a pleasure to work with. She changed up the exercises each time as I got stronger, and gave me manageable homework so I could do things at home as well.
