Slow service. Rude receptionist. They were replacing three straps and a wedge. Had me trapped in a room for over an hour with no way to use the bathroom. Cause they took my shoes and brace away to work on them. Otherwise good quality braces and wedges that work. Very annoyed with Boston O &P with their poor quality service.

Absolutely the best at what he does. Matt has done wonders with his braces for my daughter for years. We are forever grateful for all the amazing work he puts into making the absolute best braces for my daughters feet. She wouldn't have had the progress she's had without his work. We're blessed to have found him. I'd give more stars if I could!!!
