Slow service. Rude receptionist. They were replacing three straps and a wedge. Had me trapped in a room for over an hour with no way to use the bathroom. Cause they took my shoes and brace away to work on them. Otherwise good quality braces and wedges that work. Very annoyed with Boston O &P with their poor quality service.

I did my due diligence and got a prescription when I didn't need one. Otherwise good quality braces and wedges that work. The workmanship is excellent.Very annoyed with Boston O &P with their poor quality service.
