Service and people were great. However, when I received my custom foot orthotic, I only received a heel lift on one side. Knowing that this was a huge potential problem for hips, knees and back, I addressed it. Their solution was to give me a heel lift that was not molded into the orthotic meaning that I would have to reassemble it whenever need to switch shoes for work, gym, etc. This is a short-term solution to the issue, as the super glue that I applied no long works.
I ordered socks approximately 4 weeks ago. They have had them in their possession for weeks now but are “waiting” on insurance approval. I’ve called three times and that’s the answer I received every time. Today is July 7th, I received a letter dated 6/25 from my insurance stating I was approved. Why couldn’t they give me the socks and if not approved, bill me?!?!
