I had an extremely negative experience with seeing Dr. Brown. To start, the only positive part of the experience was the kind front desk worker Lorri, she was amazing. Dr. Brown took 40 minutes past my appointment time to see me, and I was early. She seemed extremely unsure of her work and gave off patronizing energy. She also was snarky to her front desk worker right in front of me, which was extremely inappropriate. I’m 13 years old and have been getting appointments for my braces for 2 1/2 years now and when I tell you I had a before huge gap my treatment and now it’s no where to be seen! This place is amazing. Also the decorations are always so welcoming. I can’t lie, these type of appointments make me quite nervous but once i step into Boston Orthodontist i feel comforted immediately. Everything is allways so clean and the service and staff is unmatched. Especially Kala, she is so understanding and is so gentle when applying my brace... read more

I felt like my time wasn’t respected when I was making my appointment, and the receptionist was rude. I’m new to Boston, and I needed my permanent retainer glued back down. When I made my appointment a week before, the lady I talked to sounded really distracted, and repeatedly asked me to repeat my information. Turns out, she didn’t even schedule my appointment, but thankfully they were still able to see me. However, the lady at the front desk (Lori?) was disrespectful.
