Gabriel Bonilla is one of the few agents I have ever worked with that has proper follow up, professionally integrity, and amazing real estate knowledge. He sees 10 steps ahead of the market. Boston One, and Serge Desir II especially, was absolutely more than we could have asked for. Professional, and efficient, we basically sold in one weekend, over asking. Serge had a perfect vision, and his whole team made the process easy. I could recommend them to anyone.
My girlfriend had an extremely unpleasant call with Gabriel. He repeatedly pushed us to tour a place we were not happy with, told us that there were no options on the market and we had to find one soon or we wouldn't find one at all, and when my girlfriend informed him that we weren't in much of a rush and would rather wait to find a place we really liked, he hung up on her. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful the entire call. If you work with this group, I would recommend insisting on another realtor.
