Love this gym friendly people plenty of space !!!!
The trainers are so awesome! They actually care. And they hold you accountable. Did my first Zumba class with Rose, I am now obsessed. She was so good! Haley is my coach, and she is so motivating and is a wealth of information.
the 5 in the morning psycho crowd can't be beat! The only place you see smiles that time of day!
