I never miss appointments & either does She. If my Dr. happens to be out sick or something, they have the Dr. in the office call your script/s in after talking with you & looking over your chart once permission is given. My Dr. Is usually very good at being there 95% of the time, unless like I said we all get sick. But I’m Happy with my Doctor.
I didn’t have to wait long for the intake I like that the woman that did it was very patience she actually was very well on listening n helping me with whatever questions I had I was deff pleased I can’t think of her name but she just made it easier for me very caring thanks so much
The staff is very good, very friendly and helpful. Check in is a breeze. I will continue with my counselor and med Dr.
Had an amazing experience in the first steps of being tested this morning. Was shown kindness, respect, and the opportunity to really express what was going on without judgement. Being able to do this over the phone via telehealth was an added plus since my work schedule is hectic. I absolutely recommend
